Cookies
What are Cookies?Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer by your browser and are commonly used to store information about you or your preferences so that these are remembered when you return to a website you use often. Some sites do this without your permission. We give you the choice, usually via a tick box.
Each time you checkout, we ask you to fill in some information about yourself (your name and address for instance) which we need to complete your order. Not only do we need to know where to send your items, but also your name and address are important parts of the card authorisation process (your card provider checks the details you provide against their records).
To make your shopping experience much quicker and easier, you are given the option on the checkout page of saving your details in a 'cookie' so that the next time you checkout, your details will be already prefilled. (As already stated, this information will not be used or passed on to any other company without your permission). If you want to save your details via cookies but are finding that they are not saved, or you don't see the option to choose, you may have cookies disabled in your browser. Please see your browser documentation for details of how to enable cookies, or email us and we'll try to help.
