Stock
As part of our approach, we do what we can to get your order to you as efficiently as possible without breaking the bank.
We normally try to get your order to you within 3-5 working days, often quicker for small items in stock.
The products offered for sale on this website are items we hold in stock at our high street shop, and most of the time we are able to fulfil your order from there. On a few rare occasions we may run out of stock in our shop, leading to a small delay in dispatching your items. In most cases we are able to quickly replenish our stock from our suppliers, keeping delays to a minimum.
In some cases, especially limited edition or end of line items, we may not be able to fulfil your order, or there may be a longer delay.
In any case, we will always contact you to inform you of any delays and, if appropriate, offer an alternative from stock.
"But why should you wait when we've already had your money? That doesn't seem fair..."
You're absolutely right, it isn't. That's why we (unlike some of our competitors) don't take the money from your card until we actually dispatch the goods. When you go through the checkout process, your card is checked and the amount is authorised, but not taken from your account until we tell the bank to pay it. We don't do this until your order has been completely dispatched. Of course, if the delay is unacceptable and there is not a suitable alternative, you can withdraw from the transaction, and no money will have changed hands.
Delivery
Most small items are posted via Royal Mail 1st class. Larger, more expensive items are shipped via courier.

The postage payable will be calculated on checkout and added to your order, so you know how much you are paying.
Returns
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the problem. For your information, we adhere to the following guidelines.
If your items are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can make enquiries with the delivery agent. -
If you have changed your mind about your purchase after receipt, please contact us within 7 days for a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the item (not the original postage) as long as it is in resaleable condition (in it's original packaging, unused) within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return postage to us. We will arrange for a refund via the original payment method once the item reaches us and we have checked its condition.
